Shipping Information:

Most orders are filled and shipped in 1-2 days, large or custom orders in 2-3 days via UPS. Custom sign order may take a little longer. At the discretion of DuraStripeTape.com we may elect to use another carrier such as FedEx or USPS in some cases.

Free Shipping:

Free UPS Ground Shipping is available to the lower 48 states using the coupon code "free150" at checkout. This can only be applied at the time you order and can not be applied to any previous order or any order you may have forgot to apply the coupon to.  This offer may expire at any time.

Pricing Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DuraStripeTape.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time.

All orders placed (in U.S. denomination) must obtain verification pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact you via email at the email address provided on your order. Shipping and delivery time frames quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.

Total Cost on orders through the website includes estimated freight amounts, if applicable. Your invoice will reflect final freight charges on the items shipped.

Availability Policy

On occasion, your order may be out of stock. In this event, we will notify you via email with the status of your order. If the expected delivery date of the item is within 30 days, we will place your order on back order and notify you when it ships. If you wish to cancel your order while on back order status, please see our Cancellation Policy. If the expected delivery date of the item is greater than 30 days, we will notify you that the order has been canceled due to an out of stock status. All notifications will take place via email.

Return Policy

DuraStripeTape.com has a 30 day return policy. You may return most items sold by DuraStripeTape.com within 30 days of delivery if it is in new sell-able condition. There is also a 20% restocking fee.  If returning an item you must:

1) Email or call customer service for a return authorization number.

2) Include your return authorization number on your label.

3) Agree to a 20% restocking fee.

4) Send the product(s) freight prepaid.

We cannot accept returns that:

1) Are not in the original condition, are damaged or are missing parts

2) Are returned more than 30 days after delivery

3) Are sent freight collect

4) Are custom-made to specific specifications/drawings
